During the first 7 days you need to adapt to the change in diet:

- for lunch: fruit you want (from the permitted ones), or boiled chicken, turkey and tomato, or 9% cottage cheese fat plus one tomato, a piece of cheese, two loaves of bread;
- dinner: a boiled piece of pork, skinless chicken, turkey or beef, plus a salad of lettuce or tomatoes, cucumbers or vegetables, two loaves of bread, two boiled eggs.
For the second week:
- the same for breakfast;
- for lunch and dinner - the same, but you can add lean fish.
The third week is shocking. Dietary changes:
- on Monday all fruits in all quantities are allowed;
- on Tuesday: any of the permitted vegetables, cooked, stewed or raw;
- Wednesday: any fruits or vegetables, but not in one meal together;
- on Thursday: boiled or stewed fish and boiled vegetables or lettuce;

Diet with cottage cheese Maggi for 4 weeks
The variant of the diet with cottage cheese is not far from the egg. The only difference is that instead of eggs, you should eat low-fat cottage cheese 150-200 gr. at once. The first and second weeks include a boring breakfast of half a fruit and cottage cheese. But you can alternate with eating eggs for breakfast. Thus, in the menu for 4 weeks, two snacks can consist of fruits and eggs, and two of fruits and cottage cheese.
